Sample case
The city owns a dilapidated and empty building, formerly used as barracks. The city strategy is to build a facility offering social services for groups threatened with social exclusion, because it currently lacks such an institution. The project consists in the remodelling of the dilapidated building and in creating the background for the new social services centre.
